2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

For our flagship wine, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were carefully sourced from two Napa Valley vineyards with slightly different microclimates—one warmer, one cooler—and barrel aged in French oak (40% new) for two years. The result is a strikingly elegant wine with beautiful structure, balance, and an outstanding finish—a true celebration of  the legendary Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Ready to drink now, and can be cellared for 15 years or more.

Tasting notes: Plum, cherry, creme de cassis, leather, clove, dark chocolate.

pH: 3.64    TA: 6.3    ABV: 14.7

2018 Red Wine Blend

2018 Red Wine Blend

The 2018 vintage of our Bordeaux-style blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon (57%), Merlot (36%), Cabernet Franc (4%), and Petit Verdot (3%). On the nose, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot bring hints of red fruit, fresh leafy herbs, and white pepper; Cabernet Sauvignon provides firm structure, with pronounced tannins and a strong finish; Merlot adds exciting complexity to the mid-palate with notes of dark fruit and spice. This quintessential blend is ready to drink now, and can be cellared for 10 years or more.

Tasting notes: Black cherry, plum, currant, eucalyptus, licorice, cinnamon, clove, pipe tobacco.

pH: 3.69    TA: 6.0    ABV: 14.8%

2020 Sémillon

2020 Sémillon

A white grape native to Bordeaux, Sémillon falls somewhere between the crisp apple acidity of Sauvignon Blanc and the creamy, buttery richness of Chardonnay.  Our Sémillon grapes are harvested from a single Napa Valley vineyard and whole cluster pressed. The wine spends four months in-barrel on fermentation lees with frequent bâtonnage. In classic French tradition, we blend in a measure of Sauvignon Blanc to balance the silky, luxurious viscosity of the Sémillon with some bright acidity for a vibrant, mouth-watering experience just outside the realm of the familiar. Ready to drink now, this wine also has tremendous potential to be cellared for five or six years.

Tasting notes: Apricot, white peach, honey, beeswax, oat, tarragon.

pH: 3.29    TA: 6.4    ABV: 13.9%

2021 Rosé

2021 Rosé

Nuanced, refreshing, and balanced, this is a rosé meant to be enjoyed year-round. Our Pinot Noir grapes were harvested early to bring a light, herbaceous quality with clean, crisp acid. The Pinot Noir and Merlot grapes were whole-cluster pressed, while the traditional saignée method was used for the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wines were barrel aged separately on fermentation lees for four months and then combined in-tank with no malolactic fermentation, retaining the natural crispness of acidity.

Tasting notes: Honeysuckle, cucumber, nectarine, tarragon, melon, and strawberry.

ABV: 14.3%
