Our 2019 flagship wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, carefully sourced from two Napa Valley vineyards with slightly different microclimates—one warmer, one cooler. The grapes were fermented with only 18 days of skin contact, then barrel aged in French oak for two years (40% new). The result is a strikingly elegant wine with beautiful structure and an outstanding finish—a celebration of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Ready to drink now, and can be cellared for 15 years or more.
